Lemon Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Boardroom FRESH Citrus Vodka
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .75 oz lemon syrup
  • 1 egg white or 1 oz of chickpea water

Syrup

Combine equal parts lemon peels and sugar. Let sit overnight at room temperature. Strain the resulting liquid and refrigerate for 1 to 2 months.

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Shake again with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
