Liquid Assets
Ingredients
- 1 oz Northbound Bourbon Whiskey 100
- 1 oz Ship’s Cat Aged Rum
- .25 oz cinnamon syrup
- 3 dashes of bitters
Syrup
Combine equal parts brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil with 2 tbsp of ground cinnamon per quart. Let cool and strain. Keep refrigerated for 1 to 2 months.
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube and garnish with an orange peel.
