Blue Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Boardroom Gin
  • .75 oz Dry Vermouth
  • .75 oz Salers Gentiane Aperitif
  • .5 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Syrup

Syrup

Heat water and sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and steep ¼ cup of butterfly pea flowers per quart of syrup. Let infuse overnight and strain.

Method

Combine gin, vermouth, Saler’s, and butterfly pea syrup in a mixing glass. Stir with ice and pour over a large cube. Garnish with a lime.
