Blueberry Fizz

Ingredients

  • 2 oz American Dry Gin
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 oz Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Syrup

Combine one pint of fresh blueberries with 1 pint of water and 1 pint of sugar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool, strain the resulting syrup, and refrigerate for 1-2 months.

Method

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. After the egg white is incorporated, shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with a skewer of blueberries.
