Pineapple Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz Boardroom American Dry Gin
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Egg White
Syrup
Combine equal parts sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake to desired dilution. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with expressed lemon swath or mint sprig.
