Bittersweet Memories
Ingredients
- 1 oz Northbound Bourbon
- 1 oz Ship’s Cat Aged Rum
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Bitter Aperitif
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for about 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube. Express a swath of orange peel and clap a piece of rosemary for garnishes.
