Blue Breeze
Ingredients
- 2 oz Ship’s Cat White Rum
- 1 oz Coconut Water
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Ginger Syrup
- ½ tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
Syrup
Chop or blend one cup of fresh ginger root. Combine with 2 cups of water and 2 cups of sugar. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Let sit, covered, overnight at room temperature. Strain the resulting syrup and refrigerate for 1-2 months.
Method
Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a flute glass and garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry.
