Ingredients

  • 2 oz Boardroom Gin
  • .75 oz ginger syrup
  • .75 oz lime juice

Syrup

Combine equal parts chopped ginger, sugar, and water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 hour and let cool. Strain and refrigerate for 1 to 2 months.

Method

Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
