Pineapple Punch
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Ship’s Cat White Rum
- .5 oz Boardroom Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- .75 lime juice
- .75 pineapple syrup
Syrup
Combine equal parts sugar and pineapple chunks and let sit overnight at room temperature. Strain the resulting liquid and refrigerate for 1 to 2 months.
Method
Combine all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with an orange slice and pineapple leaves.
