Strawberry Hurricane
Ingredients
- 1 oz Ship’s Cat White Rum
- .5 oz Ship’s Cat Aged Rum
- .75 oz Boardroom Orange Liqueur
- .75 oz Strawberry Syrup
- .75 oz Lime Juice
Syrup
Combine equal parts sugar and water into a pot with whole, fresh strawberries. Bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for a minimum of 2 hours, further infusing strawberry flavor.
Method
Combine all ingredients into an ice-filled blender and blend until desired consistency. Pour into a Hurricane Glass and garnish with fresh mint.
